If you did not receive your payout:
- Check the date of the booking as the payout may not be initiated until the next payout date. Bookings with start dates between the 28th and 13th of the month will be paid out on the 14th of the month, whereas bookings with start dates between the 14th and 27th of the month will be paid out on the 28th.
- Ensure you have a PayPal account linked to your ShareDesk profile. ShareDesk can only send payouts via PayPal at this time.
- Ensure that your email address on your PayPal account has been verified with PayPal and can receive payouts.
- If the payout was due more than 30 days ago and the email address was not verified with PayPal, the funds may have been returned to ShareDesk. Please contact our Customer Experience Team to resend the payout, after you have verified your email with PayPal.
- ShareDesk currently cannot transfer funds in certain currencies, and may need confirmation from you to send the payout in USD, please contact us.
- If all the above are verified, please contact us as there may be another reason your payout cannot be sent.
