Learn why your image is not uploading to your ShareDesk profile.
There are two reasons your images may not be uploading or saving to your venue profile.
- Image is too large - Open the original image and reduce the pixel size to 1000x1000 or less.
- Caching issue - If the image appears to upload, but reverts back to the previous image after saving there may be a caching error. After uploading the new image, clear your browser’s cache before saving.
