Learn what happens if a client makes a booking at your venue but does not show up.
When a client makes a booking at your venue, ShareDesk collects the booking fees in advance on your behalf. As part of ShareDesk’s refund policy, no refund can be issued after the start time of the booking. If a client does not arrive for their booking it was reserved and paid for in full and ShareDesk will payout the venue as per our Terms of Service.
The venue, in its sole discretion, may offer the client an alternate day to use their booking. Please note that any agreements made with the client outside of the ShareDesk booking system cannot be supported by ShareDesk.
