Learn why your spaces are not displaying in the search results or on your venue profile.
If you spaces are not displaying on your venue profile, this means they have not yet been set to active on the Marketplace.
- Log into your ShareDesk account
- Select the Edit your space page from the left-hand menu
- Go to the Spaces & Pricing tab
- Click on the individual space to edit
- Scroll down to the Pricing section
- Select the checkbox for ‘List space on the marketplace’
- Once checked, clients will be able to view and book the space
