Venues are responsible for determining any applicable taxes on desk or meeting room bookings based on municipal, provincial, state or federal tax authority regulations. This may include sales taxes, value added taxes (VAT), harmonized sales tax (HST), goods and services taxes (GST).

During the review process, ShareDesk may ask you to revisit your inputted tax percentage information.
ShareDesk will disperse the taxes to the venue in their payout.
