When a user books a space at your venue, the status of the booking will automatically be set to 'pending.' It is then your responsibility to respond

You can accept/deny the booking by going to Bookings for your venue on the Venue dashboard. Under Pending bookings, you will find any booking requests waiting for your response. Accepted bookings will become Active bookings.

  1. Select Venue dashboard from the left-hand menu
  2. At the top of the screen, you'll see a yellow bar notifying you of a pending booking. Click Respond now to accept/deny
  3. Next to the pending booking, click Respond
  4. To approve the booking, click Confirm. To deny the booking, click Decline
