When you take an image with your phone or camera, it is often given a location tag by your device. This tag is read by your computer and will automatically rotate the image when you open it on your computer or tablet.

Unfortunately the ShareDesk platform cannot read these tags, and so images may upload in the incorrect orientation.

It is easy to fix by following these steps:

  1. Open the original image on your computer
  2. Save as a NEW jpg
  3. Upload the new file to your profile
