Syncing your Google calendar allows potential clients to see when a meeting space is available, meaning more bookings for your venue and fewer declined requests.

Sync your existing Google calendar to your meeting spaces is easy.

  1. Login at sharedesk.net
  2. Select Edit your space from the left-hand menu
  3. Select the Spaces & Pricing tab
  4. Click Sync calendar on the top of the meeting or conference room
  5. If you have more than one Google calendar listed on your account, select the calendar you would like to sync and click Allow to enable ShareDesk to manage and view your Google Calendar
