You can check the status of your booking in the User dashboard. The possible statuses are:

  • Pending: Your booking request is with the venue host for approval. Hosts are required to respond within 24 hours, most reply much sooner.
  • Confirmed: Your booking is confirmed. The next step will be to check in on the day of the booking!
  • Declined: The host has declined your booking. Hosts are required to give a reason for declining (i.e. Selected date not available, No longer offering selected space, etc).
  • Cancelled: Your booking has been cancelled. Please see here for ShareDesk's cancellation policy.
