Once a booking has been made on the marketplace, it becomes the venue's responsibility to limit and keep track of the user's access to the space they've booked based on the agreed upon transaction. Any additional bookings, extensions, or services outside of what you and the user agreed to when the user made their marketplace booking (i.e. the user stays longer, rents equipment, or upgrades to a larger conference room) can and should be billed directly by the venue.
