While ShareDesk does its best to ensure that venue hosts keep their listings up to date, there are occasions when a venue may have closed permanently or temporarily but have failed to remove their listing or space from our platform. In these rare circumstances, we will gladly issue a refund.

If you are submitting a request to be refunded for reasons other than that the venue was closed, ShareDesk may in its discretion issue a booking credit instead.
