Before creating your listing on ShareDesk, please ensure your venue meets ShareDesk’s Basic Requirements and does not fall under the list of restricted venue types.

To list a new venue:

  1. Log into your account on ShareDesk 
  2. Go to List your space using the left side menu
  3. Fill in the required fields 
  4. In order to give the client a clear idea of what the venue is like, please mention as many details as possible and choose high-quality images
  5. Once a section has been completed, the tab will display a green tick

The Completion bar at the top of the page must be at 100% before you can submit the listing for review. Any tabs that are incomplete will be noted with a red + symbol.
